Order a beautiful spring cookie stamp with a floral design. Invite spring into your kitchen. It is very easy to use. Simply roll out the dough to a thickness of at least half a centimeter. Then cut out the biscuit using a round cookie cutter and place it on a baking sheet. Gently press the stamp onto the cookie and transfer the spring flower design.

How to use the cookie stamp correctly?

Roll out the dough to 4 to 5 mm thickness, lightly flour or sprinkle with powdered sugar depending on the type of dough, press the pattern into the dough using light pressure, then cut out the biscuits using a cookie cutter round piece.

How should you properly maintain the cookie stamp?

Clean the pad with a soft brush and, if necessary, wipe it with a damp cloth, then allow it to dry sufficiently. Then apply a layer of vegetable oil or olive oil to the pad. This way, your stamp is ready for later use.


Here is a simple recipe for lemon and orange cookies:

Ingredients :

- 200g flour
- 100g softened butter
- 100g of sugar
- The zest of a lemon
- The zest of an orange
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt

Instructions :

1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Add the lemon and orange zest, as well as the lemon juice and orange juice. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
5. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
7. Form small balls of dough and place them on the baking tray, spacing them sufficiently apart.
8. Lightly flatten each ball with the cookie stamp to create a pattern.
9. Bake the cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned around the edges.
10. Let the biscuits cool on a rack before eating them.
