200 g Flour
200 g Ground Almonds
1 tsp. Ground Coffee Baking Powder
200 g Sugar
½ tsp. Cinnamon
250 g Butter
Mix all of the ingredients and add sliced butter. Knead the dough into a ball (add a little flour if the dough sticks). Let it cool for one hour (or let it chill in the fridge overnight).
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the dough to a (ca.) 3 mm thickness. Using the cookie cutter, cut the stars of the dough out and place them on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake the cookies for ca. 13 minutes and watch carefully. Let the cookies cool on a rack and serve them afterwards.
