100 g Soft Butter

100 g Brown Sugar

30 g White Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

1 tbsp of Milk

1 Egg Yolk

200 g Flour

½  Pack of Baking Powder

5 g Gingerbread Spice Mix (or Cinnamon)


Method :


Stir butter and sugar together until you get a creamy and homogenous mixture.

Continue mixing the dough and add Milk and Yolk.

When finished add flour, baking powder and spice.

Shape dough into a ball, cover it tightly with a plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After that, roll out the dough and cut it into shapes using our cutters. We use Cutters and

Cookie Stamps, so that we can decorate our biscuits with beautiful patterns. https://chezvera.com/fr/emporte-pieces-fun

Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake them for about 15 minutes at 170°C. Then, let cool on a rack.

Ch. Felder’s tip: Before you bake the biscuits, let them rest on a plate for 10 hours.
