Shortbread with Honey and Cinnamon








350 g Flour

170 g Brown Sugar

100 g softened Butter

100 g liquid Honey

1 Egg

2 tbsp. Baking Powder

2 tbsp. Cinnamon Powder




Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Then add the butter and mix to obtain a sandy texture. Add the egg and honey and mix until the dough forms a ball.

Roll out the dough and by using a cookie-cutter, cut out the stars.

Cookie Cutter "Star spiky"  -

Put the stars on the baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 170 °C. Then, let them cool on a rack.
