Salted Cookies – Very Special Music Festival








100 g Flour

100g softened Butter

120 g grated Parmesan Cheese

1 egg

Optional: Salt, Spice – Oregano, Thyme etc.



In a bowl, combine the flour and parmesan cheese.

Add the butter and sand with your fingertips.

Add the egg and pick up the dough into a ball without too much work (if the dough sticks add a little flour).

Flatten the dough about 3 mm and wrap it in parchment paper and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes.

On leaving the oven, brush the surface with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt and oregano or other spices.

Let cool on a rack.

Tip: If the dough becomes too sticky again do not hesitate to return it to the refrigerator.
