Ingredients:

 

250 g Sugar

8 dl Water

12 g Gelatine

90 g Egg Whites

Few drops of Aroma depending on your taste and Food Coloring

50 g Icing Sugar

50 g Potato Starch

 

Method:

 

Soak the gelatine into cold water. Mix together the sugar with water, bring to a boil, and cook to 125°C. Beat the egg whites and carefully add the boiled syrup of water and sugar. Mix in the gelatin, aroma, food coloring of your choice, sugar, and potato flour.

 

Prepare a cake pan not too high, without the bottom. Sift the flour over the bottom of the pan placed on baking paper, wipe the inner sides of the pan with the prepared mixture. Pour the mixture into the pan, sprinkle with sugar and potato flour and leave to dry for several hours. Once you have the baking pan removed, cut different shapes and sprinkle again with sugar and potato starch.
