Italian Blueberry cake recipe

I recently discovered this recipe on Instagram and I loved it. The tasty mixture of lemon and blueberry paste of blueberries.

The dough should not be homogeneous, but more crunchy. Do you like lemon? Don't deprive yourself of the added quantity.

 

 

 

Ideal recipe for the size of a mold of approximately 18 cm.

 

Ingredients for the dough:

1 egg
100 g of sugar
100g butter
200g flour
8 g of baking powder
Grated lemon
zest 200 g blueberries

 

Preparing the dough


Mix all the dough ingredients together in a bowl and work them into a crumbly mass with your hands. Make sure to compact half of the mixture at the bottom of the mold, add the blueberries, leaving a free outer margin, and then distribute the rest over the blueberries without compacting, but closing the holes as much as possible.

Let it bake at 180° for around 35 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
