Hazelnut Cookies – Easy Recipe










300 g Flour

150 g Butter

175 g Sugar

Orange Zest (organic)

125 g Hazelnuts

2 Eggs




Rub butter and flour together until the mixture is lumpy. Add sugar, orange zest and hazelnuts. Beat 2 eggs with a fork and add them to the mixture. Work the dough until homogeneous and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Cut out desired shapes, such as squirrels or leafs with a cookie cutter. Place your cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake 18-20 minutes until their edges are golden brown. Let your cookies cool before serving.
