Easter Linzer Cookies

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

125 g Flour

125 g Butter

120 g Hazelnuts in Powder

125 g Bread Crumbs

125 g Sugar

1 Egg

1 grated Lemon Rind

1 Pinch of Clove Powder

1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

1 Pinch of Nutmeg Powder

1 Jar of Jam

 

 

 

 

Method:

 

Mix all the ingredients except the egg, that is incorporated last.

 

Then, wrap the dough into a cling film and let it cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

 

Roll out the dough to the thickness of 2-3 mm.

 

Cut out rounds with a cookie cutter. Then, take half of rounds and cut out a little rabbit in the middle with a mini cookie cutter.

Bake at 170 °C for 10 minutes.

 

Garnish each full round with the jam and cover it emptied.
