CUTE TEDDY BEAR COOKIES

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

75 g almond powder

1 egg

2 tbsp. powdered cinnamon

250 g flour

150 g softened semi-salted butter

100 g sugar

One 30 of almonds or hazelnuts

 

Method:

 

Mix all the ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous paste. Lightly flour the worktop and spread the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut out the teddy bears with a cookie cutter. Place an almond in the center of the teddy bear and close its paws on the almond. Press the dough down a little so that the paws stay in place during baking.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to brown the biscuits too much. Take them out of the oven and leave them to cool to room temperature.

You can use hazelnuts or other nuts. As a biscuit cookie-cutter, you can choose either the gingerbread man or a 5-pointed star. (See the picture below)
