120 g Butter

80 g Sugar

120 g Brown Sugar

1 Packet of Vanilla Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Egg Yolk

300 g sifted Flour

100 g ground Hazelnuts

6 g Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

350 g Chocolate Chips




Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon together into a bowl. Mix in the ground hazelnuts. Using a mixer, whisk together the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Slowly add eggs and egg yolk, bit by bit. Gently fold in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Roll the dough into a 3-4 cm thick sausage. Cut into 1 cm thick slices. Lay the cookies out on baking paper. Preheat the oven to I80 °C-190 °C. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
