75 g Butter
130 g Sugar
100 g grated Coconut
2 tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Zest of an Organic Orange
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Melt the butter and let it cool.
Whip the egg with the sugar to obtain a foamy mixture. Add the grated coconut, the flour, the baking powder, and the orange zest. Mix well and add the butter.
Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Form balls with the help of a spoon, arrange them on the plate and flatten them slightly.
Keep enough space between the cookies because they slightly melt during the baking.
Bake for about 10 minutes until they turn slightly brownish.
