Chocolate Crackers

Ingredients:

180 g dark Chocolate

200 g dark Chocolate (for the chips)

60 g Butter

200 g Flour

50 g Sugar

2 Eggs

200 g sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Pinch of liquid Vanilla

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 Pinch of Salt

Icing Sugar for Decorating

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Melt the butter with the 180 g of chocolate in a bain-marie until the mixture is smooth. Whisk the sugar and eggs together. Add the chocolate and butter mixture. Leave to stand for five minutes. Then add the condensed milk, liquid vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt. Roughly cut out the 200 g of chocolate with a knife or, if you wish, you can use already prepared chocolate chips. Add the small pieces of chocolate to your mixture. Form a ball (if your dough is too liquid, add flour). Leave to rest for 2 hours.

Pour the icing sugar onto a plate. With your hands, form small balls of dough (the size of a walnut) then roll them in the icing sugar. Arrange them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper, spacing them out a little. Flatten them a little with the palm of your hand. Bake for about 12 minutes. The crackling is formed by the sugar.

Enjoy!
