Halloween is coming and we have prepared for you a simple recipe for trick or treat cookies for kids.
Ingredients for the Crispy Vanilla Butter Cookies:
340 g flour
3 packets of vanilla pudding
120 g powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
a few drops of vanilla extract
340 g soft butter
melted dark chocolate
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the pudding, sugar, a pinch of salt and the vanilla. Cut the butter on top and work it into a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough about half a centimeter, then cut out the cookies with our cookie cutter ghost or with another funny Halloween cookie cutter and place them at regular distance on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until lightly browned.
Decoration idea: melt the dark chocolate and dip the cookies in it. Let them dry on a wire rack before serving.
