150 g Dark Chocolate
50 g soft Flour
1 tbsp. fresh Cream
100 g Pumpkin
20 g Butter
120 g soft Sugar

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (thermostat 6-7).
Grate the pumpkin (use the grater with small holes), then mix it with 20 g of sugar and cinnamon.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the pumpkin
Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar. Add the almond powder and the cream, then sprinkle in the flour, and finally add the pumpkin with chocolate.
