Halloween Cookies













150 g Dark Chocolate

50 g soft Flour

1 tbsp. fresh Cream

100 g Pumpkin

20 g Butter

120 g soft Sugar

1 Pinch of Cinnamon 

80 g Almond Powder

2 Egg Whites




Preheat the oven to 200 °C (thermostat 6-7).

Grate the pumpkin (use the grater with small holes), then mix it with 20 g of sugar and cinnamon.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the pumpkin

Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar. Add the almond powder and the cream, then sprinkle in the flour, and finally add the pumpkin with chocolate.

cut out the shapes and place them on a buttered sheet of baking paper on a baking plate. Bake them for 10 minutes, then remove them from the paper and let them cool on a rack.
