How to use baking frames and dessert rings? No worries, it's super easy!

Simply grease the dessert ring or line it with a sheet of parchment paper. Fill the dessert ring with the batter and put it in the oven.
For mini cakes:
Dessert rings can also be used for making mini cakes. Cut the already baked sponge cake into smaller pieces and put them into small dessert rings. Add cream, fruit and pour gelatine over it. Let it rest in the fridge. Remove the dessert rings before serving.
For plate decoration:
Do you want to serve your rice or puree like a pro? Place a small dessert ring on the plate. Using a spoon, fill it with your side dish, pat it so that it is firm and then lift the shaper (dessert ring) away.
