1 pack Marshmallow
Juice from one organic lemon
Icing sugar
Melt the marshmallows a few seconds in the microwave and add the sifted powdered sugar. Stir the mass until it gets more firm. If the mass is too stiff, add a few drops of lemon juice.
From this mass you may form and cut out different shapes. Also edible and suitable for children.
