How do I use the cookie stamp correctly?
Roll out the dough to 4 to 5 mm thickness, lightly flour or sprinkle with powdered sugar depending on the type of dough, press the pattern into the dough using light pressure, then cut out the biscuits using a cookie cutter -round piece.
How should you properly maintain the cookie stamp?
Clean the pad with a soft brush and, if necessary, wipe it with a damp cloth, then allow it to dry sufficiently. Then apply a layer of vegetable oil or olive oil to the pad. This way, your stamp is ready for later use.
