Cookie Cutter Snowflake Set of 5 pcs.

This snowflake set comes with 4 different sized cookie cutters, letting the imagination run wild.

Use self-hardening clay to make decorative items for your Christmas tree (Recipe below).
Once your items are dry. Paint them with the pretty festive colors.

Here is the recipe for a self-hardening dough:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of baking soda
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (Maïzena)
- 3/4 cup of water

Instructions:

In a saucepan, mix the baking soda and cornstarch.
Slowly add the water while stirring to avoid lumps.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and takes on the consistency of a playdough.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the dough cool until it is cool enough to handle by hand.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and combined.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm.
Use the snowflake cookie cutter to cut shapes out of the dough.
Poke a small hole near the edge of the snowflake with a straw or toothpick, so you can thread a ribbon through to hang the decoration once it's dry.
Allow the decorations to air dry for at least 24 hours, or until they are completely hard.
Once dry, you can paint and decorate them according to your preferences.
