How to use baking frames? No worries, it's super easy!
For a sponge cake:
Simply grease the baking frame or line it with a sheet of parchment paper. Fill the baking frame with the batter and put it in the oven.
For mini cakes:
Baking frames can also be used for making mini cakes. Cut the already baked sponge cake into smaller pieces and put them into small baking frames. Add cream, fruit and pour gelatine over it. Let it rest in the fridge. Remove the baking frames before serving.
For plate decoration:
Do you want to serve your rice or puree like a pro? Place a small baking frame on the plate. Using a spoon, fill it with your side dish, pat it so that it is firm and then lift the shaper (baking frame) away.
