Gingerbread can be made in the form of a cake or a biscuit. The base is honey and special ground gingerbread spices, such as cinnamon, cloves, etc. If you can't find it in the shops, here is a link to the do-it-yourself recipe.
When making gingerbread biscuits, feel free to use other Christmas-themed designs. Like the traditional gingerbread man or St. Nicholas.
