Vanilla Crescents












120 g softened Butter

45 g Icing Sugar

¼ tsp. Vanilla

60 g Almond Flour

140 g Flour

To sprinkle:

60 g Icing Sugar and 120 g softened Butter




Whip together the softened butter with sugar and vanilla. Add almond flour and plain flour and mix well to a firm dough. Roll out the dough into noodles as wide as your thumb. Cut the noodles into smaller rolls and arrange them into half-moon shapes on the baking sheet. You may also use the Croissant cutter as an alternative. Bake for 15 minutes at
180 °C and roll out in icing sugar.
