Universal Magical Dough










300 g Flour

200 g Butter

100 g Sugar

2 Egg Yolks

150 g dark Chocolate





Mix the butter, sugar, egg yolks and flour.

Rub together until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • ChezVera advice: I added 50 g of ground hazelnuts. As well, you can add the zest of lemon or orange, cocoa, ground almonds, cinnamon powder, ...

Lower the dough and cut out little crescents with a "Moon" cookie-cutter:


Place all the pieces on the silicone sheet or baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes and then, let them cool.



Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then dip one end of the crescents into the melted chocolate.

Let them dry on a rack.
