500 g Flour
180 g Sugar
200 g softened Butter
150 g Icing Sugar
1 tbsp. Lemon/Orange Juice
Whisk the eggs and sugar until creamy.
Add in the butter, and then slowly sift in the flour.
Knead the dough and shape into a ball, cover with a film, then leave to rest for 1 hour in a cool place.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Roll out the dough and cut out the biscuits using a pretzel cutter.
Place the pretzels on baking paper.
Bake for 15 min.
Mix together the sugar and juice.
Brush the glaze mixture over the pretzels and leave to dry on a mesh cooling rack.
