Ingredients:

 

500 g Puff Pastry

80 g Cheese (goat cheese, Roquefort ..), possibly tuna, pastes etc.

1 Egg Yolk

Seasoning e.g. pepper, cumin, sesame, poppy seeds etc.

 

Method:

 

Preheat your oven to 230 ° C. Mince the cheese with a fork to a finer texture. Roll out the dough until cca 2mm thin. Cut out the desired shapes, for example, a star spread over the cheese and cover with a star again. Spread the star with egg yolk and season to taste. Place in the oven for about 8 minutes, bake until golden and serve lukewarm.
