200 g Flour
80 g Butter
60 g Sugar
1/2 Packet of Baking Powder
3 dl Orange Juice (preferably Bio Orange Juice)
1 tsp. Orange Zest
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Stir softened butter with sugar and add an egg. Add orange zest and orange juice, then stir flour and baking powder together until homogeneous. Let the dough rest in a cool place for an hour.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out your cookies with a cookie cutter. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake them for about 10-12 minutes.
