Small cookies are simply irresistible! Surprise your guests with this delicious treat! The baking pans, which you can order directly in our web shop, are very easy to use thanks to their non-stick coating. You can fill low-fat cookies and cakes, that are sometimes a bit dry, for example with cream. After that they will definitely be tasty! Ingredients for Madeleines:
350 g Flour
210 g Powdered Sugar
100 g Walnuts (ground)
280 g Butter (cut in small pieces)
1 Egg Yolk
½ tbsp. Cinnamon and Cloves (ground)
Baking Moulds: 20 pcs. Mini Bundt Pans Set – shell shape
Mix flour, sugar and walnuts together. Add butter, spices and an egg yolk. Allow the dough to rest in the fridge for one hour.
Take the dough from the fridge, fill the prepared mini baking pans ¾ full with dough using your fingers and bake at 180 °C for about 7-12 minutes. Then remove the madeleines from the baking pans by lightly banging the baking pans against the work surface. Be careful and do not burn your hands on the baking pans.
You can also dust the madeleines with icing sugar while they are still warm.
