Macadamia Nut Cookies

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

250 g Flour

180 g Butter (room temperature)

100 ml Cream

70 g Macadamia Nuts

Icing Sugar

Vanilla Sugar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

 

Grill the macadamia nuts, then let them cool and cut them into very small pieces.

Mix the flour, the butter, and the nuts. While stirring, slowly add the cream.

Work the dough well. Then form a ball, wrap it into a plastic wrap and let it cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Roll out the dough on the thickness of 4 mm. Using a cookie cutter, cut out the cookies.

Put the cookies on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 170 °C. Still hot, put them into the mixture of sugar and vanilla sugar.
