Lovely Cocoa Shortbread Cookies with Chocolate

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

225 g Flour

150 g Butter

50 g Sugar

3 tsp. unsweetened Cocoa Powder

40 g grated dark Chocolate

1 Pinch of Salt

 

Method:

 

Mix the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa, and grated dark chocolate. Add the butter in pieces and mix well.

Spread the dough on a lightly floured work surface and cut out the shapes chosen with your cookie cutters.

Bake 12-15 min at 180 °C. Let them cool.

Sprinkle them with icing sugar or decorate them with melted chocolate.
