Place one puff pastry in your pie pan, prick the dough with a fork. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar, 2 eggs and softened butter. Add the pastry cream to your mixture. Place the filling in the pie pan and hide the bean in it. Cover with the 2nd puff pastry, sealing the edges well. Brush with egg yolk. Bake for 20 to 30 min at 200 ° C (gas 6-7); check if done regularly.
