Fruit Pie (with or without Fruits, depending on your taste)








4 Kiwis or other Fruits
180 g Flour
20 g Starch
60 g Caster Sugar
50 g Vanilla Sugar
100 g softened Butter
1 Vanilla Yogurt (or another yogurt flavor)
3 Eggs
1 Packet of Baking Powder
Powdered Sugar for Decorating




Mix vanilla yogurt with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs one after another. Add flour, starch and baking powder gradually. Stir all the ingredients together and then add cooled, melted butter. Finally, add peeled and chopped kiwis to the cake batter and mix carefully (Careful! Do not mix too much).

Grease your cake pan with butter and dust it with flour. Pour the cake batter into the buttered and floured cake pan. Bake the cake at moderate heat for about 35-40 minutes.
