Fluffy Gingerbread Cookies










750 g Flour

200 g Sugar

230 g Honey

150 g Butter

3 Eggs

3 tbsp. Cocoa

1 tbsp. Gingerbread Spices

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1.5 tsp. Baking Soda




Mix all the ingredients and work the dough well. Wrap it in a cling film and put it into the fridge.

The following day:

Flour your workplace and roll out the dough to 0.5 cm. Cut out the shapes by using cookie cutters. Arrange the cakes on the baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 8 minutes. As soon as the cookies are put out of the oven, glaze them by using the egg white so that the cookies get shiny.

Decorate the cookies with icing or chocolate.
