Extra Soft Shortbread Flowers
Ingredients:
250 g Flour
130 g softened Butter
75 g Sugar
1 Egg
2 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Packet of Vanilla Sugar
Method:
Place sugar in a mixing bowl, add softened butter and beat the mixture until the mixture is white and creamy. While stirring continuously, add an egg to the mixture. Afterwards add vanilla sugar, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir all the ingredients together and form the dough into a ball. Dust a flat work surface with flour, roll out the dough (about 6 mm thickness) and cut the dough into shapes with a flower-shaped cookie cutter.
1. Let your cookies rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour before baking.
2, Bake your cookies for 10-13 minutes at 180 °C. Bake until lightly golden.
