Diet Poppy Pie










200 g ground Poppy Seeds

200 g Quark (cream cheese)

300 g grated Apples

2 tsp. Baking Powder

4 Eggs

2 tbsp. Honey

Tip: You can add anything you like – Cinnamon, finely ground Almonds, Lemon Zest, grated Carrots ...

For Decorating:

Let your creativity run wild. You can coat your poppy pie for example with yoghurt, honey, jam, nuts cream, etc. Finally, decorate it with fruits. 




Separate the eggs, beat the whites until stiff. Afterwards mix the egg yolks with the rest of the ingredients. Then fold the egg whites into the mixture carefully. Bake the pie at 170 °C for about 45-60 minutes. Take the poppy pie out of oven and let it cool before serving.
