200 g Flour
50 g Corn Starch
1 EL Baking Powder
80 g cold Butter
175 g sweetened Condensed Milk
Optional: Aromas of your choice
Mix flour, corn starch, and baking powder. Sift it.
Cut cold butter into small pieces, add it to the mixture and mix it with your fingers until sandy.
Create a well in the center of the flour. Add condensed milk and aromas. Mix it until homogeneous. Do not knead the dough too much. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Roll out the dough to a 3-4 mm thickness. Cut the cookies of the dough out. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Place the cookies on them.
Bake the cookies for (ca.) 8-10 minutes until their edges are golden brown.
