Coconut & Lemon Biscuits

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

250 g Butter

125 g Crystal Sugar

1 Egg

1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

125 g Coconut

400 g Flour

1 Packet of Baking Powder

Icing Sugar

 

Method:

 

Mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture whitens.

Add the egg and the lemon juice and mix, then add the coconut.

Stir in the flour and the baking powder.

Roll out the dough and cut out the shapes you like.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Range the cookies on the baking plate. Don"t forget to leave some space between them.

Bake for 15 minutes, let them cool completely before sprinkling with icing sugar.
