Coconut Cookies

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

60 g grated Coconut

125 g Flour

1 tbsp. Baking Powder

60 g Butter

60 g Sugar

1 Egg Yolk

1 tbsp. Milk

1 Pinch of Salt

 

Preparation: 

 

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and butter together, then add sugar, coconut and an egg diluted with a little milk. Knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Using a round cookie cutter, cut out your cookies. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the cookies for about 10 minutes.
