1 Egg Yolk
240 g Flour
120 g Icing Sugar
250 g Butter
100 g Coconut Flakes
3 tbsp. Cocoa
1 Pinch of Salt
Mix egg yolk and sugar, add soft butter and mix until creamy. Combine coconut flakes, flour, cocoa, and salt separately. Afterward, whisk together until homogeneous.
Shape the dough into small balls. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place the balls carefully on it and arrange them. Slightly flatten every cookie dough ball by pressing gently with the back of a fork.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C and bake for ca. 10-15 minutes.
These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for weeks.
