Cake with Surprise

 

Ingredients:

 

First part :

4 Eggs that you weigh with the shells

Flour: the weight obtained from the eggs

Sugar: the weight obtained from the eggs

Salted butter: the weight obtained from the eggs

2 tsp. Cocoa Powder

Second part:

3 Eggs that you weigh with the shells

Flour: the weight obtained from the eggs

Sugar: the weight obtained from the eggs

Salted Butter: the weight obtained from the eggs

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

 

First part :

Melt the butter and let it warm. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture gets white. Pour in the melted butter and then the flour.

Beat the egg whites and gently incorporate them into your dough. Add the cocoa.

Pour the dough on a rectangular plate covered with baking paper. Bake for about 10-15 minutes and watch carefully. Once the dough is baked, cut out the desired shape (star, fir, rabbit or heart) with the help of a cookie cutter.

Arrange the shapes one after the other (lengthwise and vertically) in a rectangular cake mould (the size of the mould should be about 20x10 cm) and prepare the rest of the recipe:

 

Second part :

Mix the ingredients in a similar way and pour the dough into the mould on the prepared cut-out shapes. These must be completely covered with the dough. Bake for about 45-50 minutes and watch carefully.

Once your cake cools down, unmould it and sprinkle it with icing sugar.

 

Cut the first slice and there ... Surprise :-)
