250g of flour

100 g of soft butter

50 ml of milk

80 g of sugar



In a salad bowl, mix the flour and the sugar.

Add the butter cut in slices then the milk.

Mix to obtain a ball of dough.

Let stand approximately 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Spread the dough on 3 mm thick.

Cut out a cookie cutter with the desired shape.

Bake 10-12 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.

Let cool and enjoy with a glass of milk if you like.
