Ingredients (for 30-40 pieces):

 

120 g Sugar

200 g Plain Flour

50 g Almond Flour

125 g Softened Butter

1 Pinch of Salt

 

Method:

 

Whisk the egg carefully in a bowl, add sugar, almond flour and salt.

 

Mix well so that the dough sprinkles between your fingers. Add the butter, piece by piece, knead dough and place for 1 hour in the refrigerator. The dough should not be sticky, add flour if necessary. Roll out the dough and cut out different shapes and bake for 6-10 minutes on 180°C.

 

Store the biscuits in a can or box.
