Basic Cookie Dough

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

125 g Butter

125 g Sugar

250 g Flour

1 Egg Yolk

 

Method:

 

Whisk together the softened butter and sugar. Fold in the egg yolk. You can also add other ingredients according to your imagination, such as nuts or chocolate.

Finally, mix in the sifted flour. Form the dough into a ball, cover in a cling film and leave to rest for 1 hour in a cool place.

Roll out the dough and cut out the biscuits using cookie cutters. For example:

Lay the biscuits on baking paper and bake for 15 min at 150 °C.
