250 g Flour
50 g ground Hazelnuts
125 g softened Butter
90 g Sugar
½ tsp. to 1 tsp. Bitter Cocoa Powder
Pour sugar into a bowl and add an egg. Beat the sugar-egg mixture until the mixture is white and creamy. Add flour, ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder and stir until you get a crumbly dough. Add the butter cut in pieces and continue stirring until the dough is smooth. Form the dough into a ball. Afterwards, put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Roll out the dough (about 0.5 cm thickness). Using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into desired shapes (leafs). Place the cookies onto large baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake them for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
