Aniseed Biscuits

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

250 g Sugar

3 Eggs

250 g sifted Flour

10 g Aniseed

 

Method:

 

Mix the eggs and sugar together for 20 minutes.

Add in the aniseed and flour.

Spoon the dough into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle, and pipe into circular shapes on a baking sheet.

Leave to dry for 12 hours in a cool place.

Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake for 10-15 min. The biscuits should still be pale.
