Ingredients:

 

450 g Flour

375 g Butter

200 g Icing Sugar

1 Egg

1 Egg Yolk

1 Pinch of Salt

Vanilla Extract

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

 

Mix the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and butter.

Add the flour and let the dough cool in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Then roll out the dough and cut out the cats.

Arrange the cats on a plate covered with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Then, let the biscuits cool on a rack.
